56008 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to WPQ 48092 (2024), did any of the non-disclosure agreements signed by 67 Health New Zealand staff relate to negotiations?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the 67 non-disclosure agreements referred to at that time related to financial information, given the importance Health New Zealand attached to added confidentiality in the context of robustly understanding financial pressures.
