Camilla Belich to the Minister of Corrections: For what reasons, if any, have Non-Disclosure Agreements been used in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by category of issue (such as conduct, grievances, employment disputes, whistleblowing, or other)?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that non-disclosure agreements have not been used at Corrections in a human resources context since 27 November 2023. This is also my response to WPQ 55998 (2025).
