55982 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Are there any significant changes to the Criminal Cases Review Commission's operating environment or ongoing operation; if so what are they?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: On 9 October 2023, the Commission implemented a new organisational structure to put more resources into investigating potential miscarriages of justice and reducing its reliance on contracted investigators.
