Camilla Belich to the Minister for Children: For what reasons, if any, have Non-Disclosure Agreements been used in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by category of issue (such as conduct, grievances, employment disputes, whistleblowing, or other)?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that Oranga Tamariki does not have a centralised record or means of recording and capturing non-disclosure agreements within the organisation. I am further advised that non-disclosure agreements can be provided and signed for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to employment, software or intellectual property matters, or third -party engagements.
