55960 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 8524 (2024), what were the job titles of the subject matter experts from within Oranga Tamariki who were on the organisational design team and who had significant expertise in the care and protection of children?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the organisational design team included subject matter experts from within Oranga Tamariki who have significant experience of working within care and protection of children services but also supporting the workforce of care and protection of children services. This consisted of three Strategic HR Partners, three HR Business Partners, the General Manager, People Culture and Enabling Services and a Regional Manager, Services for Children and Families.
