Hon Simeon Brown: The NZTA Board has the delegated responsibility to manage project scope and delivery for the Roads of Regional Significance programme. I have made clear my expectations that any decisions made by the NZTA Board must be aligned with the GPS, which includes economic growth and productivity as the overarching strategic priority.
