55862 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many FamilyBoost registrations, if any, have Inland Revenue declined to date, and what are the reasons for them being declined?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that up to and including 3 December 2025, they have declined 1,300 registrations. Reasons include no IRD number for the child, named partner on registration also registering, child is not eligible, and more information required.
