55785 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: What is the current occupancy, if any, of Kāinga Ora's 11 Church Street housing in Wellington?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the Church Street building has 97 lettable units of which 58 (59.8%) are occupied. The remaining 39 (40.2%) units are vacant.
