55682 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How often did medical staff work more than 60 hours a week at Nelson Hospital because they were requested to cover shifts due to illness in June, July and August of 2024, listed by date?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in addition to their 60-hour week duties, three RMOs worked additional shifts in the timeframe specified by the question: one RMO worked an additional eight hours on 31 July; one RMO worked two hours extra on 12 August, and one RMO worked three hours extra on 22 August.
