Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Climate Change: What correspondence, including letters, emails, text messages, WhatsApp, signal, or any other form of electronic communication, if any, has the Minister or any member of his Office sent or received on any potential litigation concerning New Zealand’s climate obligations?

Hon Simon Watts: There are communications discussing timing of announcements and press releases. Correspondence and official information requests are also transferred between ministerial offices for response by the responsible minister. I do not believe it is a good use of resource to list these.
