Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister for the Environment, I received the following advice during the week beginning 24 November 2025: MfE: 23/11/25 - BRF-7038: Additional delegated policy decisions for drafting amended waste legislation 27/11/25 - Environment Weekly Update - week ending 28 November 28/11/25 - BRF-7221: Meeting with New Zealand Telecommunications Forum 2 December 2025 EPA: 24/11/25 - Fortnightly Report to the Minister for the Environment 24/11/25 - Report Back on Agricultural and Horticultural Products Sector Leader’s Forum Meeting It is not in the public interest to release four further titles as they are under active consideration.
