Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: What compensation, funding, or financial support, if any, will be provided for schools and ELS on engaging with a licensed asbestos assessor and/or a Class A licensed asbestos removal contractor due to contamination caused by the coloured sand?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is considering how they might assist early learning services and schools that are facing financial difficulties because of this situation.
