Hon Chris Bishop: As noted in my press release of 15 October 2025, Fulton Hogan has been selected by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi to do the physical works for the first stage of this project. Rooneys Earthmoving and Connetics are subcontracted to Fulton Hogan.
