Hon Erica Stanford: $55.6 million has been spent on the Ministry led projects entering construction between July and December 2025. $38.2 million of this was spent on construction. $13.5 million was allocated to fees (including design, project management, consents, and related services). An additional $3.9m cannot be separately identified between construction and other project related costs due to the timing of expenditure and the way financial records are consolidated. The funding was spent and recognised across several phases of delivery including construction, design, project management and other associated activities
