55238 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Transport: What percentage of physical construction work has been completed on Waihoehoe Rd Upgrade, as at 24 November 2025?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that enabling works are complete, while approximately 5% of the piling works have been undertaken. The main works contract is yet to be awarded.
