55182 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Health: What percentage of physical construction work has been completed on Maternity Ward and Neonatal Unit Upgrade, as at 24 November 2025?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that due to variances in project reporting, Health New Zealand is unable to report on the percentage of construction work complete on this project. I am further advised that there have been some delays to this project. Health New Zealand is undertaking an internal assessment of the project and that further advice, including the identification of these delays and possible project timeline revisions, will be provided to me for consideration.
