Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Conservation: Will the Department of Conservation receive any income from breach notices issued by Stellar at the at the three South Island Department of Conservation sites where parking fees will be introduced in December and if so, what percentage of funds collected from breach notices will the Department receive?

Hon Tama Potaka: Yes, the Department of Conservation will receive a portion of each $75 breach notice. This percentage is commercially sensitive.
