55034 (2025). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Associate Minister of Education: What advice, reports, briefings, memos, or any other documents, if any, has the Minister received regarding or relating to the Bangerz Education and Wellbeing Trust, by title and date?

Hon David Seymour: Titles of all advice that I have received has been, or will be, proactively released on the Ministry of Education website. https://www.education.govt.nz/our-work/information-releases/ My office receives a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles. I do not consider this to be in the public interest.
