Hon David Seymour: Corrected reply: I am advised that the Charter School Authorisation Board did not approve Bangerz Education and Wellbeing Trust as a sponsor as the Board were not satisfied the Trust could meet or achieve relevant statutory considerations, including those matters set out at section 212I(2)(b)(ii) of the Education and Training Act 2020.
