Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Associate Minister of Education: Was he aware that the ‘main tutor’ of Bangerz Education and Wellbeing Trust has been linked to a “illegal school” in the mid-2000s, which led to the Ministry of Education threatening to prosecute that person, if so, on what date was he made aware of this?

Hon David Seymour: Corrected reply: I do not recall receiving this information. It would be inappropriate for me to receive this information during an application process as this is the role for the independent Charter School Authorisation Board.
