54554 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, papers or any other communications, if any, has he received from Corrections about their capacity to deliver current rehabilitation programmes, during the month of October?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Corrections provides me with a range of advice via briefings, aides memoire, my weekly report and through regular meetings with officials. Much of that advice relates to, or references in some way, the delivery of rehabilitation programmes. In the month of October, I received a copy of the 2024/25 draft annual report, which includes broad information about service delivery of rehabilitation programmes. Corrections’ 2024/25 annual report was presented to the House of Representatives on 16 October 2025, and published on Corrections website the same day.
