54491 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the quarter to ensure better recognition of learning for Kaiawhina?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand funded a micro-credential for Kaiāwhina to complete non-complex reviews. I am further advised that during the quarter, Health NZ also funded 50 placements in Te Pukenga for mental health and addictions supplementary training and peer support.
