54484 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the quarter to increase the number of maori and pacific trainees in the nurse practitioner training programme?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that because the academic year started in the January to March quarter, decisions to grow the pathway were taken in the previous quarter in order for them to come into effect this academic year. I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 29397 (2024).
