54482 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the quarter to expand access to clinical coaches for the Maori workforce?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand established six clinical coaching pilots with Hauora Māori PHOs to provide clinical coaching based on mātauranga Māori for groups in the Māori workforce, with a priority being to support those who do not have access to clinical coaching.
