Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter April to June 2024 on the priority action ‘ensure all health care spaces are accessible for disabled people and their whānau, including waiting rooms and hospital emergency departments that are accessible for those with sensory impairments and sensitivities’ within ‘Priority 2: Ensure the health system is designed by and accessible for disabled people and their whānau and provides models of care that suit their needs’ as part of the Ministry of Health’s ‘Provisional Health of Disabled People Strategy: 2023’?
