Celia Wade-Brown to the Minister of Conservation: What advice reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents, if any, has the Minister or any member of their Office received regarding performance updates on the Budget 2022 three-year work programme focussing on toxoplasmosis, and how it impacts Māui dolphins, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Tama Potaka: Neither I nor my office have received any specific performance updates on the Budget 2022 three-year work programme focusing on toxoplasmosis and how it impacts Māui dolphins. The Department of Conservation advises me that this is ongoing research which is on schedule, and that there are limited outcomes to report at this stage. Please note that a high-level update has been included in the Department of Conservation Annual Reports for the year ended 30 June 2025 and the year ended 30 June 2024.
