54442 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: What, if anything, is his response to the Christchurch dad who said, with regard to the recalled sand consumer product, that he wanted to see more action from the Government and the Minister for Consumer Affairs?

Hon Scott Simpson: The Government response is being led by MBIE, and I would like to assure him that they are doing everything they can to ensure a coordinated response across government to the issues that are arising out of this situation.
