Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: How many of the Chief Financial Officers, or equivalent senior financial officers, in the departments, Crown entities, or other agencies for which the Minister is responsible, if any, currently hold each of the following professional accounting qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia); Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); and any other professional accounting qualification (please specify), and how many hold no such qualification, broken down by agency and each qualification category?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that Pharmac’s senior financial staff (two positions) each hold Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) qualifications.
