Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade's Chief Financial Officer holds a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) professional accounting qualification. For Antarctica New Zealand the Financial Reporting Manager is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), and the Financial Services Manager is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).
