Hon Judith Collins: The Ministry of Defence’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) holds the Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) professional accounting qualification. The CFO of the New Zealand Defence Force holds the following qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce degree; Diploma of Chartered Accounting; Graduate of the Australian Centre for Defence and Strategic Studies; and a Masters in Business Administration. The CFO is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
