54354 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: Does she stand by her statement that “…my office did not compile the document”, and if so, on what date, if any, was the information given to Ministry of Health officials to compile?

Hon Casey Costello: As I have previously stated, Ministry of Health officials were given the information on 6 December 2023 and subsequently scanned the hard copy information into one document. Health officials did not change the content of the materials given to them and were not asked to combine the materials into a single document.
