54350 (2025). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Revenue: What is the total number of domestic trusts that have filed returns, and the aggregate value of their assets, liabilities and net assets (i.e., equity) in the 2024-25 income year, as at November 2025?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise as at 20 November 2025, 94,800 complying trusts have filed returns for the 2024-25 income year. Of these trusts, 69,600 have disclosed in aggregate $210 billion of total assets, $64 billion of total liabilities and $146 billion of owners’ equity. Return filing for the 2024-25 income year is not yet complete.
