54348 (2025). Scott Willis to the Minister for Energy: Is EECA still planning to fund an energy wellbeing network, as committed to by the Chief Executive at the Energy Resilience and Affordability Conference?

Hon Simon Watts: EECA has no plans to provide seed funding to develop a specific energy wellbeing network. At the Energy Resilience and Affordability Conference, EECA's Chief Executive mentioned the Government's commitment to supporting positive outcomes for those affected by energy hardship. EECA continues to facilitate and coordinate support through programmes such as Warmer Kiwi Homes, Support for Energy Education in Communities and other related activities.
