54334 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Further to WPQ 52421 (2025) have there been any occasions when cars which have been seized by bailiffs in error and sold in the last 12 months?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I can advise the Member that the Ministry of Justice does not currently have reporting available on whether property was seized in error and subsequently sold.
