Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: What instructions, if any, did the Minister or his office issue to MBIE or any other agency, after receiving advice about the contaminated sand consumer products, and on what dates were those instructions issued, listed by date and recipient?

Hon Scott Simpson: It would not be appropriate for me to provide instructions on an operational matter. However, I have sought regular updates on this emerging issue.
