54294 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Justice: Further to 38435 (2025), what is the definition of the term 'finalised legal aid grants' in the title of the table attached to the answer?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The definition of ‘finalised legal aid grants’ is for legal aid grants that have been finalised in the Legal Services Management System. A grant is deemed to be finalised when legal aid is no longer required which may be because the matter been resolved, or aid has been withdrawn.
