Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Justice: Further to 38435 (2025), how many historic abuse survivors who were granted legal aid to pursue a civil claim and have had their case closed had a repayment condition applied to their legal aid, listed for each calendar year from 2020 to 2025?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the Member to the response in WPQ 54290 (2025). I can advise that the Ministry of Justice does not record when a case is closed for historic abuse survivors who were granted legal aid to pursue a civil claim.
