Hon Louise Upston: One claim which was lodged after 9 May has been closed. This claim was assessed under a rapid payment assessment. Claims registered after that date are also subject to the serious offender policy which was part of that announcement. The claim closed since 9 May was a priority claim, and for which a Ministerial exemption was granted to enable the claimants to receive payment, an apology, and closure.
