54253 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Associate Minister of Health: Further to Reply 51716, does the Minister agree that there are few experts who can undertake that kind of audit in New Zealand, and they come at a price that is unaffordable for many in the mental health sector; if not, why not?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that there are a range of individuals and entities that are equipped to undertake an evaluation of return on social investment.
