Hon Louise Upston: The Government recognises that material hardship is experienced by children further up the income distribution, which is why we are implementing a range of measures to address the cost of living, and that support both low- and middle-income households including measures announced in Budget 2024: • introducing FamilyBoost • increasing personal income tax thresholds • increasing the In-Work Tax Credit
