54217 (2024). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What advice, if any, has the Minister received in relation to the effectiveness of programmes such as Mana in Mahi in preventing people entering the benefit system?

Hon Louise Upston: I regularly request and receive advice on a range of topics.
