Hon Penny Simmonds: As Minister for Vocational Education, during 2025/26 I have responsibility for appointing positions across the following bodies: • the New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology Council • two Workforce Development Councils (until 31 December 2025) The Tertiary Education Board of Commissioners has nine Ministerial appointments, including the Chair and Deputy Chair.
