54194 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister for Children: Further to WPQ 50417 (2024), How many of the 1,778 reported incidents in Youth Justice residences are Māori, broken down by residence facility?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the incident reporting system ‘MySafety’ does not collect demographic information. I am further advised that many of these health and safety incidents, such as an identified workplace hazard, will not have any demographic information.
