54192 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister for Children: Further to 50408 (2024), What steps, if any, has the Ministry taken to resolve the 1009 complaints?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that each complaint has been centrally logged and individual issues for each complaint identified. The complaints are assigned to the appropriate team to review the issues, identify any resolution steps, and provide the person making the complaint with an outcome.
