54176 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Acting Attorney-General: How much has been budgeted, if any, for renumeration of Crown appointees in the Minsiter's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, for the 2025-26 financial year?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Judicial Conduct Panel members’ fees come out of Vote Justice, not Vote Attorney-General. There is no specific budget set for the Judicial Conduct Panel’s costs for 2025/26. The Ministry of Justice will manage any costs arising from the Panel within baseline.
