Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I have received no aides-mémoire, briefings, memoranda, notes, reports, or any other advice regarding Māori health disparities following the visit to the Manukau Superclinic on 25 July 2024 from officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). Staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame
