54156 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What changes to levy rates, if any, have been made in the Minister's department, if any, since November 2023?

Hon Brooke van Velden: As the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety I am not responsible for any departments or ministries. As for MBIE, I refer the member to Minister Lee's response in reply to WPQ 54124 (2024). I am the Responsible Minister for WorkSafe New Zealand. I have not made any changes to the Health and Safety at Work (Rates of Funding Levy) Regulations 2016 or the Major Hazard Facilities Levies since November 2023.
