54137 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: What changes to levy rates, if any, have been made in the Minister's department, if any, since November 2023?

Hon Chris Penk: I have been advised by Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) that it does not operate any levy systems. There have been no changes to LINZ fees and charges since November 2023.
