54121 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Courts: What changes to levy rates, if any, have been made in the Minister's department, if any, since November 2023?

Hon Nicole McKee: I advise the member that as of May 2024, the levy rate for the Legal Complaints Review Officer for the 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 financial years is set at $100 excluding GST. This is a decrease from $104.35 excluding GST in the 2022/23 financial year.
