54103 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: How much in total, if any, was spent on renumeration of Crown appointees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, for the 2024-25 financial year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the Next Generation Critical Communications has spent $43,200 on remuneration for its Crown appointees during the 2024-25 financial period. Only the Board Chair and Independent Board members are remunerated. Chief Executives are non-paid members by virtue of their position. Please note this figure does not represent a 100% crown appointee attendance rate, and the Board currently has a vacancy that is under recruitment. Remuneration includes reading and preparation time leading up to the meeting as well as attendance at the meetings.
